About Diana
Hi, I'm Diana. I have been exactly where you are.
You have entered a judgment-free zone. A two-time girl mom and twenty-five-year educator, here to walk the season the checklists forget to mention.

My story
The college prep course never warned me about move-in day.
I'm a two-time girl mom, with one in college at UC Berkeley (go Bears, even though I went to UCLA) and another in high school. I have spent over twenty-five years working with parents and children, from infants all the way through college.
When I dropped my oldest off, an unexpected wave rolled in. I was so happy and proud of her, and also sad, lonely, and a little heartbroken. That part was not on any checklist. When I went looking for help, I kept finding dorm shopping lists and articles about empty nesters, all about my child, and none about me.
So I leaned on everything I know about parenting and human development, and I became the coach I had needed.
My mission
To help parents who just sent a kid to college feel calm, connected, and even joyful.
This stretch does not have to be carried alone, and it can hold real growth for you, not only for them. Together we can turn the bittersweet into something steadier.
